HEALTHY TIP #7:
It’s coffee time! Skip the frappucinos and coffee blasts and try an iced coffee with milk. If you can’t give up half-and-half, that’s okay. Just try and limit your amounts. Sugar-free syrups are a good alternative. If you can, stick to tea. Unsweetened or with agave nectar is awesome.
Healthy Tip #6:
Greek yogurt is your friend. Try making spinach artichoke dip with Greek yogurt. Cutting out at least half the calories and bumping up the protein count is awesome. Also, I substitute Greek yogurt for mayo in making chicken and tuna salad. I also mix a little in with pasta sauce for a delicious creamy blush sauce.
…my super weird funk that I’ve been in for the past ~2 weeks. Things are starting to turn around and that makes me really happy.
Maybe this will be the confidence boost I need for the fall. Maybe I’ll be able to get through it.
